Gate congestion can keep passengers aboard after touchdown, even when the flight tracker says “landed.” Let the chauffeur know you are still waiting to deplane, then send another update after collecting your luggage. The standard complimentary waiting allowance is 60 minutes for domestic arrivals and 90 minutes for international arrivals, from actual landing.
